Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is placed to request a return or exchange. Other exclusions besides the 30-day time constraint may also apply.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@ivorysageboutique.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our physical address in Alexandria, VA - to be provided upon acceptance of your return request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a RA# as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor refunded. You as the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the event of an exchange, dispatch of the replacement item will be made only after the original has been returned and accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased using a promo/discount code during checkout or e-gift cards. These items are considered final sale and no exceptions will be made.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
