Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is placed to request a return or exchange. Other exclusions besides the 30-day time constraint may also apply.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@ivorysageboutique.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our returns center in China, with the mailing address to be provided upon acceptance of your return request. The customer is responsible for return shipping - we do not provide prepaid labels.
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a RA# as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor refunded. In the event of an exchange, dispatch of the replacement item will be made only after the original has been returned and accepted.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately it is no longer able to be cancelled because we have no way of recalling the item(s) once they are no longer in our possession. In this case, we'll be happy to assist with a qualifying return request after your order has been delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on items purchased using a promo/discount code during checkout or e-gift cards. These items are considered final sale and no exceptions will be made.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
